Question 153
May I sit and socialize with a person who denies the call of the Yamani Imam and insults the Imam out of ignorance or because he is unconvinced by the evidence?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
It is not permissible to sit with someone who insults an infallible person, unless your purpose is to guide him to the truth. In general, a person who insults others is a person without good character, and I do not think it wise to befriend and socialize with someone who is ill-mannered or without morals.
