Sometimes a person is killed in one place, moved elsewhere, and left in front of people's homes. Those residents are then held responsible under a tribal settlement because the body was found at their houses. What is the Sharia solution?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
They do not bear Sharia responsibility as long as they did not commit the killing.
