Question 127
If a man has anal intercourse with another man, may he afterward marry one of the close female relatives of the man with whom intercourse occurred?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
He is forbidden from marrying that man's mother, sister or daughter. However, if he had already contracted marriage with one of them before the intercourse occurred, she does not become forbidden to him.
