Question 46
If a father instructed his eldest son in his will to perform Hajj on his behalf, and the son later became able to perform Hajj by making use of the father’s name, may the son perform Hajj for himself and appoint someone else to perform Hajj on behalf of his father?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
There is no problem with that.
