Question 47
It is stated in The Laws that Hajj al-Tamattu‘ is the duty of one whose home is 22 km or more from Mecca. On the side of the person’s home, is the distance measured from the house itself or from the edge of the town in which he lives?

From the end of the urban development and buildings of the city in which he lives.
