Question 678

Is it permissible for us to wear the cross in honor of Imam Ahmed-upon him be the best prayers and peace-because he was crucified in place of the Messiah, Jesus son of Mary (a)? May Allah reward you with good for the clarification. Your brother and servant, Maʾnis - England

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. Wearing the cross is permissible in itself.
