Many false claimants have come during these past three years, making it difficult to follow the true path. But you have spoken the truth: we should ask Allah, Glorious is He, and I will do so tonight, Allah willing, because Allah guides and we must trust Him. My heart needs Allah, my spirit needs Allah, and people await the Mahdi. I think Allah should be asked for guidance. It is true that defenders of fabricated hadiths form factions and blood has not ceased to be shed although the Quran is peace and love. People have been deceived and stuffed to excess with fabricated hadiths entirely contradicting the Quran. I seek truth and will ask Allah, the All-Knowing, for it. I will say, ‘My Lord, make me among those who follow and pledge allegiance to the Mahdi.’ I surrender myself to Allah from now. Peace, mercy, blessings, and favors of Allah be upon you. I ask Allah to guide us to the true guide. Your brother Jaʿfar - djinnsobservers team

Scientific Committee Response:

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, the Imams and the Mahdis, and grant them peace. Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you. Welcome, Brother Jaʿfar. We ask Allah to show you truth as truth and grant you its following, and falsehood as falsehood and grant you its avoidance. Yes, the path you have taken-seeking Allah’s choice-is excellent. Know, brother, that truth is known through evidence, and evidence is taken from the Quran and progeny together, not one without the other. Through both, truth is distinguished from falsehood. The evidence from the Quran and progeny with which Imam Ahmed Alhasan has argued before people mutually supports itself. He invoked the testament of the Messenger of Allah, which agrees with the Quran. Indeed, Allah made writing a testament obligatory upon the servants, and the best of the servants is most entitled to perform the obligation: ‘Prescribed for you, when death approaches one of you, if he leaves good, is a testament for parents and near relatives according to what is right-a duty upon the God-conscious’ [al-Baqarah 2:180]. The Messenger of Allah has no testament written when death approached other than this testament which Imam Ahmed Alhasan invokes before the people. He invoked the application to himself of the divine law for recognizing the Proof. This law regulates life and is necessary to it; through it comes rectitude and through anything else corruption. Humanity must establish this divine law, unchanged from the first vicegerent Adam until Allah inherits the earth and those upon it. Its three clauses are designation-the testament-divine knowledge, and the banner of allegiance and governance belonging to Allah. Imam Ahmed Alhasan came invoking this divine law in all its clauses. It never applies except to its possessor appointed by Allah, Glorious is He. Is this not sufficient evidence for one who seeks truth?! This is besides the sound narrations agreeing with Allah’s Book that mention him and explain his condition, Call, and attribute. The abundance of false claimants does not negate truth’s existence; on the contrary, it evidences it. Were truth nonexistent, intruders would not encroach upon it in an effort to weaken people’s trust in its possessor when he appears. Seeking Allah’s choice-asking Allah and requesting His counsel-is a path for recognizing truth and is the path of believers in the unseen. Their state always says, ‘Good lies in what Allah chooses,’ because they trust and are certain Allah chooses only good for them and guides them only to guidance. We ask Allah, Majestic and Most High, to guide us and you to His satisfaction and to supporting His oppressed, displaced, and pursued friend Ahmad (peace be upon him). Praise be to Allah alone, alone, alone.
