For a person who is beginning a situation of frequent travel, what is the ruling at the beginning, before the relevant period has passed?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

The answer is stated above: the person begins performing full prayers and fasting whenever the person knows that this is the person's condition, even if it is the first day of travel.
