Is water to which disinfectants or cleaning agents—such as Dettol, chlorine, or bleach—have been added considered unmixed water or mixed water?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
It is not considered mixed water unless the added substance predominates and causes it no longer to be described as unmixed water.
