Question 102
The deceased is shrouded with a loincloth, a shirt, and an outer wrapping. What are the required limits of each piece in covering the body of the deceased?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
No particular length or thickness is required for the individual pieces. What is required is that together they cover the body of the deceased. It is better for each piece to be long and thick.
