Question 92
A father and his married son, who had children, died together in a traffic accident, and it is not known which of them died first. Do the deceased son's children inherit from their grandfather in this case?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
The father's death is considered to have occurred first. Thus the son inherits from him, and the son's children then inherit from the son.
