Question 181

An Ansari in Shushtar is caretaker of a shrine attributed to one of the sons of Prophet Jacob. Everything at the shrine and all vows and gifts received there are under his control for building the shrine. If he can take out some money from the shrine, may he hand it to the treasury of the blessed Call?
