Is it permissible to pay a bribe in order to obtain employment in the Iraqi Ministry of Education?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
The person who takes a bribe is consuming fire into his belly. As for the person who is compelled to pay it in order to work and live, there is no problem upon him.
