Question 92
Is a deceased person's retirement pension considered part of the inheritance? Are accumulated pension payments the right of all members of the deceased's family? The law excludes a married daughter and a son who is not attending school from the pension. Does religious law nevertheless give them a share? What about a son who attends school in another country but whose attendance cannot be documented, so his pension portion was stopped and effectively redistributed to the wife and her young son, with the pension now being paid only in their names?
