Question 162
A driver works for an oil company in Iran. May he take state property without permission—for example, take diesel from the allocation assigned to the truck and sell it?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
It is not permissible. The company he works for has entrusted him with the money or vehicle, and he may not betray that trust.
