Question 160
A poultry-farm owner dug a trench and built an earth embankment around his farm. The trench later filled with excess water from a nearby residential area, not because of the owner, and a neighborhood child drowned in it. Is the owner required to pay blood money, and if so is it accidental or intentional?

He bears part of the responsibility if he was negligent regarding safety procedures.
