Question 64
On some flights, when a meal is served, alcohol is placed on the tray along with other food and drinks so the passenger can choose what he wants. Is this considered a table of alcohol from which eating and drinking would be impermissible?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
It is permissible to eat and drink from the meal tray served on the airplane.
