Question 138
May a believing man enter a temporary marriage with a Muslim woman from another school or with a woman from the People of the Book? And may he enter a permanent marriage with a woman from the People of the Book?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
A believer may marry a Muslim woman from another school or a woman from the People of the Book, but he may not marry a nasibi woman.
