Question 70
The Imam stated in Shara'i al-Islam that guardianship belongs to the father and grandfather on the condition of faith and justice. Does this mean that guardianship over the son falls away?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
A nonbeliever has no guardianship over a believer.
