Question 37

If a recommended congregational prayer or recommended Friday prayer is held in one house while some legally responsible people are in another house or another street, must those people attend in this situation as well?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

If one knows that the Friday prayer is being established, attendance is obligatory.
