May prayer times be determined using timetables produced in non-Muslim countries, or in Muslim countries whose people are not believers?

Ahmed al-Hasan Response:

A timetable may be used if it conforms to the shar'i times. It must first be examined and checked for how closely it matches the shar'i time before it is relied upon.
