With regard to buffalo, cattle, and sheep, which parts may not be eaten? Some people eat the spleen for healing; is that permissible?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
It is not permissible to eat the blood, spleen, reproductive organs, bladder, cartilage, or spinal cord. Eating the kidneys is disliked, and eating from the shoulders is recommended.
