Question 110
I suffer because my husband has bad character, uses drugs and does not pray. I have advised him without success. What do you advise me to do?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
If he uses drugs and does not pray, advise him. If your advice does not benefit him, ask some believers to advise him; perhaps God will reform him and guide him to faith. If you find that you have reached a dead end and you want to separate from him, that is your matter and your right. I ask God to bless your efforts; He is the Most Merciful of the merciful.
