Question 130
It is stated that a man who engages in anal intercourse with another male may not afterward marry the mother or sister of the passive partner. What if the active participant had not yet reached the age of legal responsibility? Does the prohibition still arise? What if the person is uncertain whether he had reached puberty when he committed this act?
Ahmed al-Hasan Response:
In both situations, the prohibition does not arise.
